2. Booking and Appointments
Appointment Reservations: We recommend booking appointments in advance, especially during peak times. Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in-person.
Accuracy of Information: When booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including contact details and any health or medical information relevant to the services you will receive.
Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed once we receive your booking. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation for your scheduled appointment.
3. Payment
Pricing: All services are priced according to the treatment and duration. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check the website or ask our staff for the most current pricing.
Payment Methods: We accept payment by cash and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or appointments canceled within 6 hours of the scheduled time may incur a 100% charge.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that your treatment time may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment is not affected.
5. Health and Safety
Health Disclosure: Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or special needs before their treatment. This information will help us provide the safest and most appropriate care.
Right to Refuse Service: Sinapha reserves the right to refuse service if the client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving in a way that may be disruptive or unsafe for themselves or others.
Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking so we can provide the best recommendations for your treatment.
6. Client Conduct
Respectful Environment: We ask that all clients be respectful and considerate of others during their visit. Sinapha maintains a peaceful and relaxing environment, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Personal Hygiene: We kindly ask clients to maintain proper hygiene before receiving treatment for the comfort and safety of everyone.
7. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Sinapha will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Clients use our services at their own risk.
Medical Conditions: Clients are advised to consult a doctor before using massage services if they have any underlying health conditions that may be affected by the treatment.

9. Gift Cards
Availability: Sinapha offers gift cards for any service, which are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost Gift Cards: Sinapha is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please keep them in a safe place.

Limited-Time Offers: Any promotional or discounted offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers.
